System Closure Announcement

Dear nextbikers of Dordrecht, 

we’re sorry to inform you that we will close our bike sharing scheme in Dordrecht by the end of the month. Your customer accounts will stay active as you can still use them for renting our bikes in more than 300 cities worldwide. Check out where. If you wish to cancel your account, you can do so via website login. 

All active monthly subscriptions will be terminated automatically. You can request a partial refund for your monthly subscriptions. Please contact our customer service via info@nextbike.nl. Annual subscriptions will be partially refunded automatically. 

From December 16 a new provider will take over to cooperate with Qbuzz. For questions or information about the new bikes you can contact them via klantenservicedmg@qbuzz.nl or check out www.qbuzz.nl/dmg/flexibelvervoer. 

We hope to see you on our bikes again in another city.
