Nextbike bids adieu to Maastricht After a period of 3 years, Nextbike will conclude its contract in Maastricht on the 31st of July 2020. From this date, both the bikes and their storage racks will be withdrawn. This means current users will temporarily not be able to use a shared bike in Maastricht. nextbike test winner according to the German Consumers Association

Stiftung Warentest (German Consumers' Association) has tested six bikesharing providers in Germany. Four suppliers received the quality "unsatisfactory", only two providers received the quality "good". nextbike received the best score with 1.9 and are therefore the test winner! nextbike pilot extended in Dordrecht

In December 2017 a bike sharing pilot started in Dordrecht. This pilot was carried out by the Province of South Holland, the municipality of Dordrecht, Waterbus, Arriva and nextbike.
